We are a team of eighteen! Kate Goodman is the business owner and Licensed Conveyancer. To support her in providing the best possible service and expertise, our team also has a Conveyancing Manager, four File Managers, nine support staff and three staff members who provide relief. This means there are plenty of people working to ensure your property transaction is seamless.
We opened in Hobart in 2001 trading as Goodman Barristers and Solicitors, but now we focus on what we do best… conveyancing.
We operate on a flat-rate fee structure. This means that we’ll advise you up-front of all the fees and costs involved and then, no matter how many times you call us, or how many times we make contact with you, our fee doesn’t change.
We believe in keeping you informed. We are always happy to take your calls and answer any questions, so feel free to pick up the phone – for us, there is no such thing as a ‘dumb’ question. Oh, and we love keeping it simple. We’ll outline what we require from you and the process involved, and then we simply get on with making it happen – just as we’ve been doing for over a decade.
